Red River Garage Doors is my new "Go-To". Rudy and his team hung a 12x14' door for me on 7/31/2023. He arrived ahead of time and within 2 mins, let me know I had a problem. My coral fence had to be cut and welded out. I had the equipment but did not know how to use it yet. His team member did not hesitate, he cut and welded the section out (Was NOT an easy job) and they went to work on the door (Pictures to follow - but I had to get this review out). This is our 2nd time to use Rudy and his team and they were just as fast and courteous as the first time! Our cars were trapped in our garage after our garage door cratered and he came within an hour of calling him to get the garage door down and our cars out. This is our 2nd time to use Rudy and his team and they were just as fast and courteous as the first time! Our cars were trapped in our garage after our garage door cratered and he came within an hour of calling him to get the garage door down and our cars out. We had to order a replacement garage door to match our existing one that wasn’t damaged. The first time we used him he fixed our garage door with a spring within 2-3 hours of calling him and a local competitor said they couldn’t fix it for 3 weeks! I called Red River Garage Doors to come fix my parents garage after another company in Wichita Falls jacked them around. What a amazing man Rudy is with Red River Garage Doors. I explained to him they needed a spring that broke sent him pictures and he got out the next morning and got them all fixed up and also replaced the old wheels and let me say they garage door has never been smoother and you can’t even hear it go up and down.
